Silver Package (Payment Plan)

Each package starts with a 30-minute consultation call. During our chat, we’ll talk about any worries you may have concerning your little one’s sleep, and I’ll explain how I can help you and your family. Plus, it’s an excellent opportunity to get to know each other!

After our call, I will send you an initial assessment form for you to complete. Once I have received this back, I will assess your child’s sleep needs and your family life. I then will create a tailored sleep plan to help your child establish healthy sleep habits and achieve age-appropriate sleep.

Sleep training is a demanding process and requires time and dedication. During our two weeks working together, I will support you every step of the way. This package includes support via WhatsApp or text (Monday- Friday, 7 am- 10 pm) or phone call (Monday- Friday, 7 am- 7 pm).
